At Schifley, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help with an easy return and refund process.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery of your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • All original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories must be intact.
  • The product should not show any signs of use, perfume, stains, damage, or alteration.
  • A valid order number or proof of purchase is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Innerwear, lingerie, or hygiene-sensitive products
  • Gift cards or promotional items
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

3. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process the request faster, kindly share:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos/videos of the product
  • Unboxing video (recommended)

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

4. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for:

  • Size issues
  • Defective products
  • Wrong item received

Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery and are subject to stock availability.

If the requested size or product is unavailable, store credit or a refund may be offered.

To initiate a return or exchange:

Please do not ship products without confirmation from our support team.

6. Reverse Pickup

  • Reverse pickup service may be available depending on your location.
  • If reverse pickup is unavailable, customers may need to self-ship the product.
  • In case of self-shipping, we recommend using a trackable courier service.

7. Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and passes quality inspection:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • The refund will be credited to the original payment method
  • For COD orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer or UPI

Please note:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

8. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled and will fall under the return policy.

  • Contact your card provider or bank as processing times may vary
